Escribí un libro («UAPs: A New Secret Agenda?» (¿UAP: ¿Una nueva agenda secreta?) en el que revelaba una gran verdad. Pero hay un grupo de personas que lleva décadas explotando comercialmente el tema de los ovnis, ¡y ahora explota! 

Ellos, con suficiente dinero y contactos, y utilizando los medios de comunicación ==estad alerta sobre el papel que desempeñarán los canales de televisión y otros medios para promocionar la película==, han elaborado una película que finge una REVELACIÓN. ¿Y qué es esa «revelación»? La reunión de un grupo de personas que declaran haber visto ovnis, o un aparato en algún lugar, o la aplicación de «ingeniería inversa», etc., etc. Somos conscientes de lo que son capaces de elaborar.

Pero «revelación» significa «la acción de dar a conocer información nueva o secreta». No hay información secreta. Lo que mostrará la película es lo que han dicho y mostrado durante años las mismas personas que aparecen en ella. Y tampoco hay nada nuevo. Pero se venderá bien. De eso estoy seguro. 

Lo preocupante es que el secretario de Estado y algunos legisladores también aparecen en la película. Esas apariciones dan a la producción un tono de seriedad, aparte del resto del material. Lamentablemente, esos funcionarios no escuchan las voces de la ciencia. Están dejando de lado lo que 16 científicos de primer nivel declararon sobre el tema de los UAP después de considerarlo, cuando fueron convocados por la NASA con ese propósito. 

Están dejando de lado lo que la propia oficina del Pentágono, la AARO, ha estado diciendo a los legisladores y al mundo, de forma responsable, cuando su director era el Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, o ahora el Dr. Jon Koslosky. No hay extraterrestres y no ha habido materiales extraterrestres, y mucho menos ingeniería inversa de supuestas naves alienígenas.

A – Ingeniero de diseño, centrado en el diseño visual y funcional, que utilice software asistido por ordenador para crear modelos 3D y realizar una evaluación detallada de toda la estructura.

B - Ingeniero mecánico, para estudiar los sistemas mecánicos y aplicar los principios de la física y la ciencia de los materiales para evaluar su posible funcionamiento y rendimiento. La intención es hacer que el aparato funcione estudiando la fuente de energía y evaluar su rendimiento.

C - Análisis de materiales/metalúrgico: tomar varias muestras de diferentes partes del aparato para determinar la composición química del metal y las aleaciones, y su rendimiento sometido a diferentes condiciones físicas como calor extremo, frío extremo, presión extrema, etc., y compararlo con metales y materiales de la Tierra para determinar diferencias que indiquen claramente un origen extraterrestre, por ejemplo, materiales que no existen en la Tierra.

D - Ingeniero de pruebas: realizar pruebas rigurosas de tensión, resistencia y reacciones a sustancias como ácidos, etc.

E -  Ingeniero eléctrico y electrónico: evaluar las posibles conexiones entre diferentes partes del aparato, sensores, etc., tratando de determinar un posible sistema de funcionamiento.

2) Para estudiar el cadáver de un ser que no es humano, será necesario trabajar en un hospital, donde exista la infraestructura que permita un estudio y análisis completos del ser.

A- Se debe realizar una tomografía computarizada y una imagen por resonancia magnética para comenzar la exploración del espécimen. 

B - Según los resultados, diferentes especialistas podrían intervenir para tratar de explicar las complejidades del cuerpo que se está examinando.

C – Para tratar de comprender mejor la constitución del espécimen, podría existir la posibilidad o la necesidad de aplicar un procedimiento quirúrgico y el análisis de laboratorio de los fluidos y las partes del cuerpo extraídas.

D -  Si el espécimen estuviera vivo, después de la tomografía computarizada y la resonancia magnética, se necesitaría la intervención de neurocientíficos para determinar la estructura y la función de un sistema de pensamiento y las reacciones a diferentes estímulos como sonidos, colores, estructuras, posibles relaciones entre una imagen y otra, respuesta a gestos, etc., todo ello grabado íntegramente en vídeo.

RESULTADO FINAL Y ANUNCIOS

La precisión y especificidad de todos los estudios y sus resultados deben distribuirse científicos y técnicos cuidadosamente seleccionados de todo el mundo, solicitando sus opiniones y observaciones.

They are putting aside what 16 scientist of top level declared about the UAP subject after considering it, when they were convened by NASA with that purpose. They are putting aside what the very office of the Pentagon, the AARO, has been saying to legislators and the World, responsibly, when its Director was Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, or now Dr. Jon Koslosky. There are no extraterrestrials and there has not been ET materials, less reverse engineering of supposedly alien crafts.

A CHALLENGE TO ALL THOSE WHO TALK ABOUT EXTRATERRESTRIALS

The place: It has to be an underground military installation (I specifically suggest the Cheyenne Mountain Complex) with a permanent heavy guard, and the possibility to provide space for all the scientists and technicians who were included in the procedure for studying and analyzing a supposedly extraterrestrial vehicle and its crew.

 

Nobody could even suspect that such a study would be taking place.

The craft, as well as the biological specimen, must be completely isolated.

 

The people engaged in studying the vehicle and the crew must be protected by wearing Hazmat suits with respirators.

 

1) To study an apparatus that is introduced as a space vehicle not from Earth, it is indispensable to bring together a group of experts. I’ve checked a possible list, and it should include more than a dozen specialists, like this:

 

A – Design Engineer, focusing on the visual and functional design, using computer/aided software to create 3D models and a detailed evaluation of the whole structure.

 

B – Mechanical Engineer, to study mechanical systems and apply principles of physics and material science to evaluate possible function and performance. The intent is to make the apparatus work by analyzing the energy source and to assess its performance.

 

C – Materials/Metallurgic Analysis: taking various samples of different parts of the apparatus, to determine the chemical composition of metal and alloys, and their performance submitted to other physical conditions like extremely heat, icy, significantly pressure, etc. and comparing to metals and materials on Earth to determine differences clearly indicative of an extraterrestrial origin, e.g. materials that do not exist on Earth.

 

D - Test Engineer: to conduct rigorous tests of stress, resistance, and reactions to substances like acids, etc.

 

E -  Electric & Electronics Engineer: evaluating possible connections between different parts of the apparatus, sensors, etc., trying to determine a possible working system.

2) To study the corpse of a being that is not human, it will be necessary to work at the Walter Reed National Military Medical  Center  in Bethesda, Maryland, where there is the infrastructure allowing a complete study and analysis of the being.

 

A- There must be applied a CT Scan, and a MRI to begin the exploration of the specimen.

 

B - According to the results, different specialists could intervene, trying to explain the complexities of the body under scrutiny.

 

C – Trying to better understand the constitution of the specimen, the laboratory analysis of fluids, and the parts of the body taken.

 

D -  If the specimen were alive, after the CT scan and the MRI, the intervention of neuroscientists to determine the structure and function of a system of thinking and the reactions to different stimuli like sounds, colors, structures, possible relationships between images and others, response to gestures, etc., all that would be totally recorded on video.

 

FINAL RESULTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS

 

The precision and specificity of all the studies and their results should be distributed to a carefully selected list of U.S. scientists and technicians, who should be asked for their opinions and observations.

 

That feedback should be analyzed by the investigative team for the apparatus and by the team for the biological specimen.

 

After a re-evaluation of the work done and the observations received from specialists, new procedures could be applied to satisfy the scientific inquiry fully.

 

Once this has been done, a final report will be ready.

 

Beyond sending it to the selected list of U.S. scientists and technicians, it would be necessary to determine what to do with the knowledge acquired.

 

The main question is whether a sanitized version could be delivered to the entire Earth population or only to the authorities of a group of countries, and then each one of them would decide whether to make it known to the general population in whole or in part.

 

The United States will retain all rights to the knowledge acquired to use it for the production of new products and the development of new spacecraft, as well as for military applications, etc.
