We celebrate the return of “La Nave de los Locos”

In the year 2000 two young Chilean men, Diego Zúñiga and Sergio Sánchez, who were investigating and studying the UFO subject decided to create a publication through which they would share their work and ideas and establish a fruitful dialog with the best investigators and students at an international level. The result was “La Nave de los Locos” (The Crazy’s Ship).

In spite of its name, that was an expression of good humour, “La Nave…” has been one of the most serious and reliable publications about the UFO subject in Latin America.

Zúñiga and Sánchez made the great sacrifice to sustain it throughout 6 years, when in 2006, they published the last edition.

At that time we regretted that that was happening. And sincerely we missed the presence of the good Chilean Ufology.

That is why now we really celebrate that Diego and Sergio have returned with all their capacity, knowledge and good criteria once again publishing “La Nave de los Locos”.

We give them our heartfelt welcome! And we say: long live to “La Nave de los Locos”, serious and responsible Ufology from and to intellectualy honest Ufologists.

Celebramos el retorno de “La Nave de los Locos”

En el año 2000 dos hombres jóvenes chilenos, Diego Zúñiga y Sergio Sánchez que estaban investigando y estudiando el tema OVNI, decidieron crear una publicación a través de la cual ellos compartirían su trabajo e ideas y establecerían un diálogo provechoso con los mejores investigadores y estudiosos a nivel internacional. El resultado fue “La Nave de los Locos”.

A pesar de su nombre, que fue una expresión de buen humor, “La Nave…” ha sido una de las publicaciones más serias y confiables acerca del tema OVNI en América Latina.

Zúñiga y Sánchez hicieron un gran sacrificio por sostenerla durante 6 años, cuando en 2006 publicaron su última edición.

En ese momento lamentamos que eso hubiera pasado. Y sinceramente extrañamos la presencia de la buena Ovnilogía chilena.

Es por eso que ahora realmente celebramos que Diego y Sergio han retornado con toda su capacidad, conocimiento y buen criterio una vez más publicando “La Nave de los Locos”.

¡Les damos nuestra más sincera bienvenida! Y les decimos: larga vida a “La Nave de los Locos”, ovnilogía seria y responsable, de y para Ovnílogos intelectualmente honestos.

YEARBOOK OF “CUADERNOS DE UFOLOGÍA” a publication of Fundación Anomalía – Spain

From Spain, we have received from Fundación Anomalía the Yearbook of “Cuadernos de Ufología” (Ufology Notebooks) presenting the writings of 17 authors in a total of 247 pages.

As usual it is a production of high quality not only for its printing but for its content.

Within the articles published its outstanding the space (36 pages) dedicated to comment the most recent book of our Argentinian friend Alejandro Agostinelli, entitled “Invasores” (Invaders).

Maybe Alejandro –unconsciously— was influenced by the title of the famous TV series of 1967-1968.

The compilation of diverse material done by Agostinelli, is not from a strictc ufological perspective but from one of a journalist avid to share with the general public unknown or not so well known stories behind different cases and individuals in Argentina.
