 Damos nuestra cálida bienvenida al Profesor FERNANDO ALBORNOZ como nuevo miembro de nuestro Grupo internacional.

Albornoz tiene muy interesantes antecedentes y logros profesionales.

Ha sido piloto de la marina mercante graduado en la Escuela Naval de Uruguay.

También ha sido Docente de Náutica perteneciente al Consejo de Educacion Técnico-Profesional de la Universidad del Trabajo de Uruguay.

Y por sobre todo, ha sido Profesor de Astronomía y Geografía, perteneciente al Consejo de Educación Secundaria.

Fue también socio fundador y primer tesorero de la Asociación de Profesores de Astronomía del Uruguay (APAU). 

Con su formación profesional y su actividad como astónomo, pensamos que podrá compartir con nosotros valiosa experiecia y buenas ideas y artículos.

 We extend our warm welcome to Professor FERNANDO ALBORNOZ as a new member of our international Group.

Albornoz has a very interesting background and professional achievements.

He has been pilot of the merchant navy graduate by the Uruguayan Naval School.

Also, he has been Head Teacher of Nautical, at the Council of Technical-Professional education of the Uruguayan University of Labor,and above all, Professor of Astronomy and Geography belonging to the Board of Secondary Education.

He was also founding member and first treasurer of the Uruguayan Association of Astronomy Professors. 

With his professional formation and his permanent practice as astronomer, we think he will be able to share with us valuable experience and good ideas and articles.

LATEST NONSENSES ABOUT UAP

 

It's a pity to see CUFOS Mark Rodeghier, associated with the Galileo Project, and people like Kevin Knuth of UAPx, who tries to make business selling the old idea of UFO Detectors, at $ 2,000 each one!

 

Worst that a publication like SPACE.com gives space to Leonard David, that is publishing nonsense to help make noise about UAP, when --fortunately-- the official investigation in the US is not stupid as to talk or be worry about imaginary aliens.

 

I deeply regret to find the names of Erling Strand, Philippe Ailleris and Massimo Teodorani associated with this kind of position. But, I am not surprised!

 

We will not sell ourselves to the wave of fanaticism and excitement trying to exploit the new official investigation in the US. We will wait until October 2022 to see what the first official report will say.

THERE WAS A BALLOON NAMED “GREAT EXPECTATIONS” but ended punctured...

 

All the noise created by individuals avid to make money with the UFO subject, now re-baptized as UAP, and those that follow them blindly believing that aliens are here, were left stupefied….

1) within a Law that allocate millions of dollars to the Defense of the United States, a group of just six pages deals with the investigation and study of UAP reports

2) The organization created by the Law to deal with this subject should start working on June 2022, that is six months later. And the first report is expected to be produced “no later than October 31, 2022”.

In specific and concrete terms, this is like saying to the enthousiasts, to those who expected some sensational revelations, “calm down!”. There is no reason to be on a hurry.

In the meantime, they should think and think again on the definition of UAP,      because the Law says that it is something "not immediately identifiable" which means (a): that the main task consists to identify them, and (b): that they will not remain unidentified forever.

In other words, there are not objects or manifestations of energy that are intrinsically unidentifiable.

Following this criteria, the UAP could belong to the categories of Airborne Clutter, Natural Atmospheric Phenomena, U.S. Government or Industry Development and Programs, Foreign Adversary Systems, and Other.

Arrived to this point, we feel the obligation to mention a very important  document  that was SECRET for many years until it lost its

classification and was made public. It is the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena in the UK Air Defence Region: Executive Summary –Scientific & Technical Memorandum / No. 55/2/00.

A document hard to obtain now, but that I got it as soon as it was publicly announced, I read it, summarized it and translated into Spanish its principal parts and concepts which I wrote as an Appendix in my book  “OVNIs: La Agenda Secreta” – “UFOs: The Secret Agenda”.

Although its Introduction was done on February of 2000, the document was not circulated among the people for  which it was written until December of the same year under the classification of “SECRET – UK EYES ONLY – UK RESTRICTED”.

Finally, the document became declassified and was made public on May 15, 2006.

This Executive Summary contains 464 pages. It begins with an Introduction, an explanation of the Study Method and this is followed by a SUMMARY OF FINDINGS.

We recommend to read carefully what follows.

“Based on all the available evidence remaining in the Department (reported over the last 30 years), the information studied, either separately or corporately contained in UAP reports, leads to the conclusion that it does not have any significant Defence Intelligence value. However, the Study has uncovered a number of technological issues that may be of potential defence interest.”

“Causes of  UAP Reports. In the absence of any evidence to the contrary, the key UAP report findings are:

·        Mis-reporting of man-made vehicles, often observed by perfectly credible witnesses, but with unfamiliar or abnormal features; or in unusual circumstances.

·        Reports of natural but not unusual phenomena, which are genuinely misunderstood at the time by the observer.

·        The incidence of natural, but relatively rare phenomena. These may be increasing due to natural changes and possibly accelerated by man-aided factors, such as smoke and dust.

Further:

·        No evidence exists to associate the phenomena with any particular nation. 

·        No evidence exists to suggest that the phenomena seen are hostile or under any type of control, other than that of natural physical forces. 

·        Evidence suggests that meteors and their well-known effects and, possibly some other less-known effects, are responsible for some UAP.

KEY FINDINGS OF DEFENCE INTEREST

The overall analysis, which has included an examination of reports received during the Cold War, indicates that:

·        There is no evidence that any UAP, seen in the UKADR, are incursions by air objects of any intelligent (extra-terrestrial o foreign) origin, or that they represent any hostile intent.

·        There is no evidence that “solid” objects exist which could cause a collision hazard.

STUDY RECOMMENDATIONS

Key recommendation  -  Although the study cannot offer certainty of explanation of all UAP phenomena, the existing evidence is sufficient persuasive to make one key and 4 subsidiary recommendations.

·        It should no longer be a requirement for DI55 to monitor UAP reports as they do not demonstrably provide information useful in Defence Intelligence. Therefore, Hd Sec (AS) should be advised.

We think the military American authorities should know this document. Instead, the legislators possibly do not.

It would be surprising if at the end of 2022, the AOIMSG (Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group) arrives to different conclusions.

It does not escape to our consideration that there are sixteen years of difference between the publication of this Study by the Intelligence of the United Kingdom and the future discoveries and recommendations that could come out from the American study.

We are aware of the continuity of UAP reports happened in the UK that are collected by the Ministry of Defence and are part of the National Archives of that country. 

They imply thousands of pages that –honestly— I have no time to read, but I can give you a summary of the amount of cases being in those Archives.

Returning to the United States and the official investigation, due to the given established deadlines, we will wait calmly the news that eventually would emerge from the AOIMSG, and we suggest everybody to do the same.

HUBO UN GLOBO LLAMADO "GRANDES EXPECTATIVAS" pero terminó pinchado...

Todo el ruido creado por individuos ávidos de hacer dinero con el tema OVNI, ahora re-bautizado como UAP, y los que les siguen ciegamente creyendo que extraterrestres están aquí, fueron dejados estupefactos…

1) dentro de una Ley que destina millones de dólares a la Defensa de Estados Unidos, un grupo de tan sólo seis páginas encara la investigación y estudio de las denuncias de UAP

2) La organización creada por Ley para tratar con el tema deberá comenzar a trabajar en Junio de 2022, esto es, seis meses más tarde. Y el primer informe se espera que sea producido “no más allá del 31 de Octubre de 2022”

En términos específicos y concretos, esto es como decirle a los entusiastas, a quienes esperaban algunas revelaciones sensacionales, “¡cálmense!”. No hay razón para tener prisa.

Mientras tanto, ellos tendrán que pensar y pensar otra vez sobre la definición de UAP, porque la ley dice que es algo “no inmediatamente identificable” lo que significa (a): que la principal tarea consiste en identificarlos, y (b): que no van a permanecer no identificados para siempre.

En otras palabras, no son objetos o manifestaciones de energía intrínsecamente no identificables.

Siguiendo estos criterios, los UAP pueden pertenecer a las categorías de Desorden Aéreo, Fenómenos Atmosféricos Naturales, Desarrollo y Programas del Gobierno de Estados Unidos y la Industria, Sistemas del Adversario Extranjero y Otros.

Llegados a este punto, sentimos la obligación de mencionar un muy importante documento que fue SECRETO durante muchos años hasta
que perdió su clasificación y fue hecho público. Se trata de Fenómenos Aéreos No Identificados en la Región de Defensa

Aérea del Reino Unido: Sumario Ejecutivo – Memorando Científico y Técnico No.55/2/00.

Un documento difícil de obtener ahora, pero que lo tuve tan pronto se anunció públicamente, lo leí, hice un sumario y  traduje al español sus partes principales que escribí como un Apéndice en mi libro “OVNIs: La Agenda Secreta”.

Aunque su introducción fue hecha en Febrero de 2000, el documento no circuló entre las personas para las cuales fue escrito hasta Diciembre del mismo año bajo la clasificación de “SECRETO – UK EYES ONLY [sólo para ojos del Reino Unido] – UK RESTRICTED [restringido para el Reino Unido]”

Finalmente, el documento fue desclasificado y hecho público el 15 de Mayo de 2006.

Este Sumario Ejecutivo contiene 464 páginas. Comienza con una Introducción, una explicación del Método de Estudio, y esto es seguido por un SUMARIO DE HALLAZGOS.

Recomendamos leer cuidadosamente lo que sigue.

“Basado en toda la evidencia disponible que queda en el Departamento (denunciada a lo largo de los últimos 30 años), la información estudiada, ya sea separadamente o corporativamente, contenida en las denuncias de UAP, lleva a la conclusión de que no tiene ningún valor significativo para la Inteligencia de Defensa.”

“Causas de Denuncias de UAP. En ausencia de ninguna evidencia en contrario, los hallazgos clave de denuncias de UAP son:

·        Denuncias erróneas de vehículos  hechos por el ser humano, a menudo observados por testigos perfectamente creíbles, pero no familiarizados con características anormales; o en circunstancias inusuales.

·        Denuncias de fenómenos naturales pero no inusuales, los que son genuinamente mal comprendidos en el momento por el observador.

·        La incidencia de fenómenos naturales pero relativamente raros. Estos pueden verse incrementados debido a cambios naturales y posiblemente acelerados por factores a los que contribuye el ser humano, como humo y polvo.

Más aún:

·        No existe evidencia para asociar los fenómenos con ninguna nación en particular.

·        No existe evidencia para sugerir que los fenómenos observados sean hostiles o estén bajo ningún tipo de control otro que el de fuerzas físicas naturales.

·        La evidencia sugiere que meteoros y sus bien conocidos efectos y, posiblemente algunos otros efectos menos conocidos, son responsables de algunos UAP.

HALLAZGOS CLAVE PARA EL INTERÉS DE DEFENSA

El análisis general, que ha incluido el examen de denuncias recibidas durante la Guerra Fría indica que:

·        No hay evidencia de que ningún UAP visto en la UKADR [Región de Defensa Aérea del Reino Unido] sean incursiones de objetos aéreos de ningún origen inteligente (extra-terrestre o extranjero), o que representen ningún intento hostil.

·        No hay evidencia de que existan objetos “sólidos” que pudieran causar riesgo de colisión.

RECOMENDACIONES DEL ESTUDIO

Recomendación clave -  Aunque el estudio no puede ofrecer la certeza de explicación para todos los fenómenos UAP, la evidencia existente es suficientemente persuasiva para hacer una recomendación clave y 4 subsidiarias.

·        No va a ser más un requerimiento para el DI55  monitorear denuncias de UAP ya que no proveen de manera demostrable, información útil para la Inteligencia de Defensa. Por lo tanto, debe avisarse al Hd Sec [Diseño Holístico en Sistema de Seguridad].

Pensamos que las autoridades militares estadounidenses deben conocer este documento. En cambio, los legisladores posiblemente no.

Sería sorprendente si a fines de 2022, el AOIMSG [Identificación de Objetos Aéreos y Grupo de Sincronización de Gerenciamiento] arribara a conclusiones diferentes.

No escapa a nuestra consideración que existen dieciséis años de diferencia entre la publicación del Estudio por la Inteligencia del Reino Unido y los futuros descubrimientos y recomendaciones que puedan surgir del estudio estadounidense.

Somos conscientes de la continuidad de denuncias de UAP ocurridas en el Reino Unido que son coleccionadas por el Ministerio de Defensa y forman parte del Archivo Nacional de dicho país.

 

Las mismas implican miles de páginas que –honestamente—no tengo tiempo de leer, pero les puedo dar un sumario de la cantidad de casos existentes en esos Archivos.
