Damos la bienvenida a nuestro Grupo al Sr. Luis Alberto Pacheco, de la ciudad de Rosario, Provincia de Santa Fé, Argentina.
El Sr.Pacheco tiene una larga experiencia como investigador y estudioso del tema OVNI.
Esperamos beneficiarnos de sus contribuciones a este blog, en pensamiento, proveyendo incisivas interrogantes, e informando de acontecimientos FAI luego de haber sido adecuadamente investigados.
Con él hemos alcanzado el miembro número 30 de nuestro Grupo.
When we took this initiative on March of 2008, we were only 4 people.
We launched the idea and our international appeal for other people to join us.
A year and 8 months later, we are a total of 29 selected people, and we expanded to 10 nations.
Represented in UAPSG at this very moment are: Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, France, Italy, Mexico, Spain, United States and Uruguay.
We think that many more people and countries could join us, provided they have a clear idea of the aims and goals of our Group, and they agree with them.
Particularly we are very interested to have people from Australia, Costa Rica, China, Colombia, Germany, The Netherlands, Peru, Puerto Rico, Russia and Sweden.
Of course, we are not interested in quantity but in quality.
This said, we think it is appropriate to reproduce again what was the Introduction to the U.A.P.S.G.
This Group is formed by all those interested to study the Unusual Aerial Phenomena.
The Unusual Aerial Phenomena are defined as those which in first instance do not belong to natural phenomena already scientifically known, whose intrinsic characteristics deserve a specialized study looking for a further acknowledgement by science.
Such a study has a global scope, and therefore it will use information coming from everywhere.
The Group will consider particularly the Anomalous Luminous Phenomena and its characteristics and will have specially into consideration the observations, registrations and studies related to places as Hessdalen in Norway, as well as in other geographic areas.
Attention will be given to the possibility to determine the internal mechanism that creates and sustain the Anomalous Luminous Phenomena and its possible practical application as an alternative source of energy.
The Group also will try to keep pace with the development of new technologies in Aeronautics and Astronautics. This with the purpose to avoid confusion and to isolate the UAPs from the products of such technologies.
In the same way, the Group will try to keep pace with the latest theories in Physics, particularly those dealing with the structure of matter and the Universe.
With those purposes, the Group will develop international contacts through e-mail and postal mail, by phone and personally with scholars and people studying the same issues.
The Group is going to exchange widely and openly among its members all the information that could gather. There will be a Web-page and an e-mail box to that purposes.
Using the information in a selective way the Group also will engage in lectures, conferences, interviews and journalistic notes, as a socio-cultural activity in benefit to the public.
Cuando emprendimos esta iniciativa en Marzo de 2008, éramos sólo 4 personas.
Lanzamos la idea y nuestro llamado intrnacional para que se nos unieran otras personas.
Un año y 8 meses más tarde, somos un total de 29 personas, y nos hemos expandido a 10 naciones.
En este mismo momento están representadas en G.E.F.A.I.: Argentina, Bélgica, Brasil, Chile, Estados Unidos, España, Francia, Italia, México y Uruguay.
Pensamos que muchas otras presonas y países podrían unírsenos, siempre y cuando tengan una clara idea de los propósitos y objetivos de nuestro Grupo, y estén de acuerdo con ellos.
Particularmente estamos muy interesados en tener personas de Alemania, Australia, Costa Rica, China, Colombia,Holanda, Perú, Puerto Rico y Suecia.
Por supuesto, no estamos interesados en cantidad sino en calidad.
Dicho esto, pensamos que es adecuado reproducir nuevamente lo que fue nuestra Presentación del G.E.F.A.I.
El Grupo se constituye por personas interesadas en estudiar los Fenómenos Aéreos Inusuales.
Se define a los Fenómenos Aéreos Inusuales, como aquellos que en primera instancia no encajan entre los fenómenos naturales científicamente conocidos, y cuyas características intrínsecas ameritan un estudio especializado, en procura de su ulterior reconocimiento por la ciencia.
Dicho estudio tiene un alcance mundial, y por tanto utilizará información procedente de todas partes.
El Grupo considerará particularmente los Fenómenos Luminosos Anómalos y sus características, y tendrá especialmente en cuenta las observaciones, registros y estudios efectuados en lugares como Hessdalen, Noruega, y en otras zonas geográficas.
Se prestara atención a la posibilidad de determinar el mecanismo interno que genera y sostiene a los Fenómenos Luminosos Anómalos, y a las potenciales aplicaciones prácticas que el mismo pueda presentar como fuente alternativa de energía.
En otro orden, el Grupo procurará estar al tanto y mantenerse al día respecto al desarrollo de tecnologías de punta en aeronáutica y astronáutica. Esto con el objeto de evitar confusiones y aislar los Fenómenos Aéreos Inusuales, de los productos de dichas tecnologías.
Asimismo, el Grupo se esforzará por estar al tanto e intercambiar información acerca de las más recientes teorías en el campo de la Física.
A tales propósitos, el Grupo mantendrá contactos internacionales mediante correo electrónico y postal, por teléfono y personalmente, con estudiosos de esta misma temática.
El Grupo intercambiara amplia y abiertamente entre sus integrantes, toda la información que pueda llegar a su conocimiento. Usándola de manera selectiva, el Grupo asimismo cumplirá una función socio-cultural de información al publico, mediante publicaciones, charlas, conferencias, reportajes, notas periodísticas y manteniendo una pagina Web.
