This Tuesday, October 28, 2008 neighbours of the Stephenville City, in Texas, USA, reported that they saw and videotaped what for them were strange lights, seen on October 23.
According with the witnesses, one of the most outstanding features of the lights was that they rotated around a center, in the night sky.
Up to this moment, there are more than 10 witnesses willingly to declare what they have seen.

Este martes 28 de octubre de 2008, vecinos de la ciudad de Stephenville, en Texas –E.U.A.—denunciaron la observación y filmación de lo que para ellos constituyeron extrañas luces, vistas el 23 de octubre.
Según los testigos, uno de los aspectos más destacados de las luces es que las mismas giraban en torno a un centro, en el cielo nocturno.
Al momento, hay más de 10 testigos que han manifestado su voluntad de declarar sobre lo ocurrido.

Lic. Milton W. Hourcade co-founded the Centro de Investigación de Objetos Voladores Inidentificados (CIOVI) –see the Web page— in his native country, Uruguay, on April 29, 1958, and is well known internationally for his serious approach to the UFO subject and his expertise as investigator of UFO reports. A friend of the late Dr. Joseph Allen Hynek (considered the most relevant UFO investigator of the World), Mr. Hourcade have been in contact with the best official and private investigators and organizations in the US, Latin America and Europe.

He simply put his video in YouTube so that others could see it.Once left, it worked by itself.This is another demonstration of how irrationality takes root on the bulk of ignorant people that is ready to see “ufos” anywhere and to find an extraterrestrial under the bed.
