This is how begins the valuable report developed by Vicente-Juan Ballester Olmos, the great investigator and scholar from Valencia, Spain, that has been published by the prestigious Fundación Anomalía.

Físicamente, FOTOCAT es una hoja de cálculo de Excel que recoge información de casos OVNI y OVI en los que se ha obtenido una imagen en fotografía, película o vídeo. Contiene 26 columnas de datos para registrar la fecha, hora, lugar, provincia y país, explicación (si existe), nombre del fotógrafo, características fotográficas especiales, referencias, etc. A su finalización, el catálogo completo se hará accesible desde Internet para la libre consulta de toda la comunidad ufológica mundial.

The "trailer" sets this argument:
Thirty years ago, aliens made first contact with Earth. Humans waited for the hostile attack, or the giant advances in technology. Neither came. Instead, the aliens were refugees, the last survivors of their home world. The creatures were set up in a makeshift home in South Africa's District 9 as the world's nations argued over what to do with them.
Now, patience over the alien situation has run out. Control over the aliens has been contracted out to Multi-National United (MNU), a private company uninterested in the aliens' welfare - they will receive tremendous profits if they can make the aliens' awesome weaponry work. So far, they have failed; activation of the weaponry requires alien DNA.
The tension between the aliens and the humans comes to a head when an MNU field operative, Wikus van der Merwe (Sharlto Copley), contracts a mysterious virus that begins changing his DNA. Wikus quickly becomes the most hunted man in the world, as well as the most valuable - he is the key to unlocking the secrets of alien technology. Ostracized and friendless, there is only one place left for him to hide: District 9.
Besides the special effects, it could be good or a fiasco. The aliens look like "transformers". We'll have to see it.

Hace treinta años, alienígenas hicieron un primer contacto con la Tierra. Los humanos esperaron por un ataque hostil, o los gigantescos avances en tecnología. Nada llegó. En su lugar, los alienígenas eran refugiados, los últimos sobrevivientes de su mundo original. Las criaturas fueron puestas en una improvisada casa en el Distrito 9 de Sudáfrica mientras las naciones del mundo discutían qué hacer con ellos.
Ahora, la paciencia sobre los alienígenas se terminó. El control sobre los alienígenas ha sido dado a una empresa contratada, Multi-National United (MNU), una compañía privada desinteresada en el bienestar de los alienígenas, que va a recibir tremendas ganancias si puede hacer funcionar las imponentes armas de los alienígenas. The total solar eclipse which just occured on the 22nd of July 2009 was the longest in terms of maximum totality duration of the 21st century – lasting over six and a half minutes.
The eclipse footprint started in India along the western shore near Surat moved towards Butan and reached the southern tip of Nepal and the northern edge of Bangladesh. For other lucky astronomers, the eclipse path also took the event over the Chinese cities of Chengdu, Suining, Chonging, Wuhan, Xiaogan, Hangzhou, and Shanghai – yielding five minutes of totality. Leaving Shanghai the shadow raced across the ocean to fall across islands such as Toshima and Akusaki south of Japan and eventually the Marshall islands.
